We know first hand that the holiday season is a challenging time for all of us grieving. It can be filled with reminders of loved ones and traditions that may feel difficult to continue. We believe we are better together, and being amongst a community that “GETS IT” during this timeframe can offer a bit HOPE.
In our ongoing effort to provide meaningful and supportive experiences, we are launching our Premier Grief Workshop: “Holding your Hand Through The Holidays”.
This 6 week workshop will be led by Certified Grief Educator Michelle Montgomery (Trained by David Kessler). It will offer a safe and compassionate space where you can share your experiences, connect with others facing similar emotions, and explore ways to honor your feelings while coping with the season’s demands.
Each week will have a discussion topic related to experiencing the holidays, i.e., Self-care through the holidays, Embracing your support community, Creating new holiday traditions, and MORE.
In person details: Two Healing Art Experiences will also be included (1 in November & 1 in December). Light refreshments will be provided. This workshop will also include aromatherapy for a Grief Blend as well as an art project to remember your loved one.
Wednesdays: 6-8PM PST in Irvine at the Beautiful Colab Space (11/6-12/11)

We organize fitness and wellness-inspired events to build a strong community and offer an outlet for physical release.
We are creating a network of mental health professionals and need-based financial assistance to support grieving families beyond our events.
We offer opportunities for post-event connection through referrals to local faith-based support groups, which is what brought our co-founders together.

I would love to go, but there is no way I can make Irvine. I can take the train to SJC no problem, however I would need to know if I would be able to walk to the venue from the train station?
